Data collected on this site
This presentation site sets no advertising cookies and installs no trackers. Server technical logs (IP address, requested page) are kept for 30 days for security purposes.
Data processed by the application
The BranchCheck application processes, on behalf of its clients (data controllers): user accounts, visit scheduling, inspection answers, photos and GPS positions, integrity proofs and audit logs. Every hosted client has their own database; no data is shared between clients.
Prospecting and free trial
The trial form collects a work email address and the fact that you requested demo access — personal data processed for prospecting purposes: opening the trial, then following up about it. This processing rests on your explicit consent (GDPR), given by ticking the form's consent box. It is kept for 24 months from the last contact, then erased. You can withdraw your consent at any time: every prospecting email carries a working unsubscribe link, or you can write to contact@branchcheck.com.
Demo request and contact form
If you fill in the form on the Contact page, we collect your first name, last name, work email address and company name and, if you provide them, your phone number, job title, country or region, the size of your branch network, the domains you are interested in, your preferred days and time of day and your message, together with the page language. This data is used solely to organise the demo and answer your request: your name and address to confirm a slot; your company, job title, country and network size to prepare a demo and a price that fit; the domains and preferred slots to choose its content and time. It is stored in the BranchCheck application, where only its administrators can read it; an internal email alert may be sent to our team through Resend (see the processors section). The processing rests on pre-contractual steps and on our legitimate interest in replying, not on your consent — you get an answer whether or not you agree to receive commercial information. The "commercial information" checkbox is separate and optional; if you tick it, we record the exact sentence you read, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Requests are kept for as long as it takes to handle them, then for at most 24 months from receipt, after which they are erased.
Sub-processors
Hosting on European cloud infrastructure (application, database) and encrypted object storage for photo evidence. Outbound email — trial address verification and follow-up, plus application notifications (password reset, briefings, exports) and internal demo-request alerts — is routed by Resend, established in the United States: the recipient address and the message content are passed to it for delivery, which constitutes a transfer outside the European Union. The optional AI assistance relies on hosted open-weight models, after input anonymization.
Your rights
Access, rectification, export and erasure of your data: by email at the address above, or directly through your network administrator. The application ships individual export and erasure (GDPR) in every deployment.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Polar; no banking data transits through or is stored on our servers. On the stablecoin rail we retain the payer wallet's public address, the transaction hash and the buyer's tax identification number: these are required for accounting reconciliation and for the regulatory check that precedes opening the service, and are kept for the period imposed by accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations. The payer address and the transaction are by nature recorded in a public ledger we do not control.
