Purchaser Terms of Service

Scope and acceptance
These Purchaser Terms govern the purchase of BranchCheck subscriptions and licenses; they complement the Terms of Use. Payment, purchase order or subscription constitutes acceptance of both documents on behalf of your organization.
Free trial
The free trial lasts one month, with no credit card and no commitment: it never automatically converts into a paid subscription. It runs on demonstration data; in this first phase, the demo is shared across every visitor and reset every night, so nothing you create there is kept beyond that. A few caps protect this shared demo (AI-assisted autofills and transcriptions, PDF exports, photos, agencies created) without ever blocking access to the product. At the end of the trial, demo data is not retained. In this first phase, converting to a paid subscription does not recover it either: that subscription starts from a completely blank paid workspace, without the data created during the trial.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and automatically renew at the end of each period until cancelled, at the rate in force at renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime through the platform you subscribed on: the Polar billing portal for online card payments, or written notice to contact@branchcheck.com for offline payments. Cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period to avoid additional charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund of remaining days except as required by law.
Price changes
Prices may change. Any change is notified in advance and takes effect at the start of the period following the change; you may cancel before that date to reject it. Branch tiers and volumes follow the Terms of Use.
Payment and taxes
Online card payment via Polar, or offline (bank transfer, Mobile Money, corporate invoice) for Morocco and Africa. Prices exclude tax; applicable taxes (VAT, local taxes) are the client's responsibility. The payment provider's own terms apply to the corresponding means. International card payments are processed by our merchant of record (Polar), which acts as the seller of record for applicable taxes; offline payments are invoiced directly by the publisher. Stablecoin payment (USDT/USDC) is reserved for businesses and is open only on annual plans and the source licence: a tax identification number is required, the publisher invoices directly — there is no merchant of record on this rail — and the VAT reverse charge applies to business buyers established in the European Union. Consumer buyers in the European Union are directed to card payment.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, provide a new payment method, failing which the subscription is cancelled at the end of the current period. If the charge succeeds later, the new period runs from the original renewal date.
Refunds
Except as required by applicable law, payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used periods. A stablecoin payment is furthermore irreversible: there is no chargeback, no cancellation and no recourse to an issuer. No refund is ever issued in cryptocurrency. Where a refund is due, it is paid by bank transfer or as a service credit, at the euro value on the day of payment, network fees deducted.
Managing your subscription
Manage your subscription through the platform you subscribed on: the Polar billing portal (online payment) or your account manager (offline payment). Tier adjustments take effect at the end of the period, after notification.
End of access and data erasure
Access remains active until the end of the paid period. A 30-day read-only window then opens, during which the final export stays available; at the end of that window, data is erased, except where a legal retention duty requires otherwise. This 30-day window applies to paid subscriptions only: the free trial does not carry this right, since it runs on this first phase's shared demo, reset every night — see the free trial terms.
Governing law
These Purchaser Terms are governed by Moroccan law, consistent with the Terms of Use; failing amicable resolution, disputes go to the competent courts of Casablanca.
