Plans
Hosted: subscription per branch network (Starter / Network / Group / Enterprise), dedicated database and URL, daily backups, updates included — monthly cancel-anytime, or annual (2 months free). Self-hosted: per-installation license, unlimited users and branches for the licensee, Docker containers provided. Source code: perpetual internal-use license, no resale or redistribution rights, 12 months of updates included, optional annual maintenance.
Invoicing & payment
Prices excl. tax, in euros. Online card payment (Stripe) or offline (transfer, Mobile Money, corporate invoice) for Morocco and Africa. Service starts upon receipt of payment or purchase order.
Quotas & fair use
Branch tiers and storage volumes drive the price, never availability: on lasting overrun, the fitting tier applies at the end of the period, after notification.
Data & reversibility
Client data belongs to the client. Full export at any time on request; on termination, final export then erasure within 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.
Warranties & liability
The hosted service targets 99.5% availability (Group plan and above). Liability is limited to amounts paid over the last 12 months, excluding gross negligence or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law; failing amicable resolution, disputes go to the competent courts of Casablanca.
