Plans

Hosted: subscription per branch network (Starter / Network / Group / Enterprise), dedicated database and URL, daily backups, updates included — monthly cancel-anytime, or annual (2 months free). Self-hosted: per-installation license, unlimited users and branches for the licensee, Docker containers provided. Source code: perpetual internal-use license, no resale or redistribution rights, 12 months of updates included, optional annual maintenance.

Invoicing & payment

Prices excl. tax, in euros. Online card payment (Polar) or offline (transfer, Mobile Money, corporate invoice) for Morocco and Africa. Stablecoin settlement (USDT/USDC) is open to businesses, on annual plans and the source licence; it is not a collection rail for Morocco. Service starts upon receipt of payment or purchase order.

Quotas & fair use

Branch tiers and storage volumes drive the price, never availability: on lasting overrun, the fitting tier applies at the end of the period, after notification.

Data & reversibility

Client data belongs to the client. Full export at any time on request; access continues until the end of the paid period, then a 30-day read-only window allows a final export before erasure, except where the law requires otherwise. The full schedule is set out in the Purchaser Terms.

Warranties & liability

The hosted service targets 99.5% availability (Group plan and above). Liability is limited to amounts paid over the last 12 months, excluding gross negligence or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law; failing amicable resolution, disputes go to the competent courts of Casablanca.
